Good. You probably need me more, not less. I work alongside your developers as the senior technical leader, setting architecture, reviewing decisions, and making sure the team is building the right things. I don't replace your builders, I give them direction.

What problem areas do you specialize in?

How do I know I'll actually get senior-level attention on a retainer?

Because I cap it at two partners at a time, period. You get my direct Slack or WhatsApp, I sit in your leadership meetings, and every line of communication is with me, not an account manager. If I ever stop being the person you talk to, the model is broken.

What happens if it's not working out?

The relationship is partnership-based, not a long-term contract trap. Billing is monthly, and while a 3-month minimum is recommended for deep embedding, it's a recommendation, not a cage. Every system and every account is already in your name, so walking away is clean.
